Building Better Athletes.

Our FitHAUS Performance program will produce better, more well rounded athletes with top-tier speed, strength, and conditioning training. This program will help High School student-athletes reach peak performance in their sport while reducing the risk of injury. Our programming will increase athleticism by combining speed, agility, plyometics, and strength training. The end result will be faster, stronger, and more effective players in their respective sports.

This program is designed for in-season athletes, as well as off-season athletes. The format is similar for both, but the level of intensity will vary based on season. Mobility and injury prevention exercises are core to both (in and out of season athletes) and will be done in each session.

  • Performance Enhancement

    A three phased strength approach to build power over the 12 weeks. Speed, agility, and quickness training weekly. Mobility work to increase injury resistance. Conditioning training to eliminate any hinderances to performance. Baseline measurements will be collected and retested throughout the program to gauge improvements.

  • Athlete Education & Empowerment

    We want our athletes to not only be the best at their craft, but also to be the most knowledgeable. We educate our athletes on the purpose (the ‘why’) behind what we are doing in the gym and how these movements translate to the field/court/rink/mat, etc.

  • Injury Prevention

    Our programming works to eliminate imbalances in the body that come naturally or from sport specialization. Balance and mobility exercises will be done at each session to build a strong athletic foundation, resistant to injuries. We also discuss and emphasize the importance of rest, recovery, and proper fuel to build and maintain a healthy body.

  • Building Lifelong Skills

    FitHAUS Performance training will foster a fun and positive experience for athletes, building camaraderie and connection between peers. This program will also help athletes learn to set goals, work to accomplish these with purpose, and see the benefits of what can come from dedication, commitment, and hard work.

Winter Session 1: Starts 11/10/25

  • High School Athletes (Grades 9 - 12)

  • Limited spots available to ensure optimal coach to athlete ratio.

  • 12 Weeks of Training

  • Monday - Friday 4-5pm

  • Athletes of all sports (in season or out of season)

  • $289 billed every 4 weeks (3 payments of $289)
