A weight on a scale gives you a number, but what does that number really mean? How much muscle do you have? How much fat are you carrying? And how are these numbers changing over time?

An InBody test gives you a much more accurate picture of your health, fitness, and progress over time than a scale or a simple BMI calculation can. It breaks down your actual Body Composition … or exactly what you’re made up of!

This Scan is available to both FitHAUS members ($40) and Non-Members ($65).

The InBody scan, is a simple non-invasive test that takes roughly 3 mins!

Scheduling your Scan:

  • FitHAUS members, please use the Appointments tab under “schedule” in your wodify app.

Preparing for your test

Do’s

  • Maintain normal fluid intake the day before

  • Make sure you’ve been standing upright for at least 5 mins before

  • Use Restroom

  • Warm up for 20 mins if you’ve been outside in cold weather

  • Remove socks, jewelry, watches, or anything else heavy on your body.

DON’Ts

  • Don’t exercise for at least 3 hours before test

  • Don’t shower or use sauna immediately before

  • Don’t use lotion or ointment on your hands and feet

  • Don’t consume excessive (more than your normal amount) of caffeine 24 hours prior

  • Ideally don’t consume alcohol 24 hours prior
