Kayla Brugger is a certified Pilates strength coach, former collegiate gymnast, and mama of two who knows firsthand how crucial core strength is—especially when you're lifting heavy, chasing toddlers, or doing both in the same day.

After years of doing CrossFit and strength training, she shifted her focus to Pilates during postpartum recovery, when high-impact workouts just weren’t cutting it anymore. What started as a way to heal her own body turned into a full-blown movement: PILATESBODY by Kayla —a method blending classical Pilates with athletic strength training that helps women get strong, lean, and pain-free from home.

Now, Kayla’s back in the gym, bringing that same method to the mat. Her group Pilates classes are low-impact but high-intensity, helping you build real core strength, move better, and train smarter—whether you're a new mom, a lifter, or just tired of feeling tight and achy after workouts. Kayla can’t wait to see you in her class!
