Group Nutrition offers a 12-week program for people looking to get the heck off of the “quick-fix,” yo-yo diet roller coaster that’s only ever left them back at square one (or square -3!).

If you want direction navigating the world of nutrition with the added benefit of group support and accountability, this program could be right up your alley. We’ll cover the “what and how much to eat” part of nutrition without skimping on the other aspects that other group programs are too afraid to tackle, like:

-Why you work out so hard, make healthy food choices and yet are still aren’t losing weight.

-Why you can eat well all day but as soon as you come home it’s game over, and you’re in front of the TV yet again with an empty tub of ice cream or bag of chips.

-How you eat pretty healthy on your own but as soon as you are out with your friends it becomes a billion times harder to “be good.”

-Why everyone else seems to be able to stick to a diet so easily and yet the very idea of restriction is like nails on a chalkboard to you.

-A refreshing approach that focuses on upgrading your life by increasing nourishment vs. cutting out certain foods. (Addition over restriction!)

-An exploration of the mindset stuff that so often sabotages our efforts to “be healthy.” Get curious (bye-bye, shame & guilt!) to learn what’s driving your unwanted eating behaviors and take back control!

-Each week you’ll be able to join live or catch the recordings for our coaching calls. These calls will be a blend of education, covering topics like meal planning, weekend adherence, and emotional eating (just to name a few!), as well as an open Q&A where you’ll have the opportunity to get your individual questions answered. You are going to have some HUGE ah-ha moments here and realize that you are NOT alone!
