🎅 Santa’s Boot Camp WOD – Where Holiday Cheer Meets Holiday Sweat! 🎄
Welcome to the North Pole Training Academy — where Santa preps for the BIG night, and you get to suffer… err… train just like him
Grab your partner (because teamwork makes holiday magic happen!) and tackle 2–3 rounds at each station. It’s you go, I go — only one elf works while the other cheers (or gasps for air).
🧗 Station 1: The Chimney Ascent
Santa doesn’t just appear on rooftops — he trains for it.
6 minutes of climbing the “chimney” with:
➡️ Ascending rope climbs (or pull-ups x2): 2-4-6-8-10
➡️ But wait! After every ladder: 10 burpees because soot isn’t the only thing that falls when Santa leaps down a chimney.
🔥 1-minute sleigh refuel before moving on.
🦌 Station 2: A Reindeer’s Journey
Time to keep pace with Rudolph.
6 minutes AMRAP:
➡️ 12/8 calories on the bike — flying speed mode
➡️ 20 wall balls or goblet squats — because someone needs strong legs to launch off rooftops.
🎁 Another 1-minute reset before the next stop.
🪣 Station 3: Toy Bag Toss Around
Hauling gifts is a full-body effort — let’s train for it.
6 minutes AMRAP:
➡️ 8 sandbag cleans or 12 KB swings — load that sleigh!
➡️ 50m sandbag carry or farmer carry (6 trips from GHD to rig) — elf endurance challenge activated.
💫 Repeat each station 2–3 times depending on how festive (or spicy) you’re feeling!
By the end, you’ll earn your elf badge in:
✔ chimney agility
✔ reindeer stamina
✔ toy-hauling grit
