  • Group Nutrition (FULL) - (Spring Session starting soon!!)

    Looking to get the heck off of the “quick-fix,” yo-yo diet roller coaster? If you want support navigating the world of wellness and nutrition with the added benefit of group support and accountability, FitHAUS Group Nutrition could be right up your alley. We’ll cover the “what and how much to eat” part of nutrition without skimping on the other aspects of wellness that are pivotal to fueling progress towards your goals.

    -A refreshing approach that focuses on upgrading your health and wellness by increasing nourishment vs. cutting out certain foods. Addition over restriction!

  • Just Give Me My Macros!

    For the person who knows their goals and just needs their numbers. You’ll discuss current state, goal state & desired pace of progress with your coach. From there, you’ll be off and running with a macro-based game plan that your coach will adjust for you throughout your journey to keep you moving towards your goals.

 Meet Your FitHAUS Nutrition Coach, Jess!

Jess is a Precision Nutrition certified coach and a long-time food nerd. Her interest in food began as a child, learning from her dad who is a chef-instructor, but nutrition became a true passion when she joined CrossFit and started learning about food’s impact on the body.

Jess is a big believer in food as fuel and medicine, and that what we choose to eat affects how we are able to show up in the world.

She is passionate about helping her clients develop their own "spidey sense" when it comes to fueling their bodies, empowering them to sustain a healthy lifestyle long-term.

Jess looks at each person's unique set of habits, tolerances and struggles when building out a plan to help them nail their goals.
