Being “well” encompasses many different facets that all intertwine to create a lifestyle. This lifestyle for me includes first having a healthy mind. Once we create a healthy mindset those around us will be positively impacted. Training for me is apart of this mindset that transcends to teaching others how and why our bodies need to move.
