Matt has always loved to be active, to challenge himself physically and mentally, and to push his limits just a little more each day. Matt likes to 'breathe hard in nature', and enjoys biking, running, and anything else outside. And he loves CrossFit. He loves the endless amounts of skills, lifts, and movements to get better at. Matt loves the culture and the people of CrossFit that have a true passion for fitness and wellness and who aren't afraid of discomfort. You may find Matt hanging up-side-down from the rig, doing some super strange breathing exercises, or performing some ‘animal flow’ movement in the middle of the gym. Matt loves reading up on the latest fitness and wellness topics. He can take the role as the ‘Cheif Experimenter’ at the gym. We’ll let him try these things out and share with us what works!
