Katie grew up playing team and individual sports including hockey, cross-country skiing and running, and her favorite ... track. Katie loves being active and has tried many different 'workout programs' but fell in love with Crossfit. As Katie puts it ... "There's something about CrossFit that brings back my inner athlete! It's a place where I can track my performance, set goals, see improvement, and continuously be challenged in a fun and exciting way.” Coaching for Katie is even more rewarding. Helping people learn a new skill that they never could have imagined themselves doing absolutely makes her day! Katie's goal is to make everyone just 'a little better' than they were yesterday.
