Dawn Condon

Dawn is passionate about Group Fitness and challenging people to work as hard as they can AND make the most of the workout. But she’s also passionate about making it fun. Dawn knows that life is busy, hectic, and stressful at times, and that’s why she feels making fitness a priority is so important. She has a full time career as a Marketing Director at UnitedHealth Group and teaches group fitness classes on the side. She has been teaching a wide variety of classes since college ranging from Step and cardio classes, to strength, bootcamp, tabata classes, spin, and yoga! Dawn loves to be active. She’s run the TC Marathon twice, participated in many half marathons (Lake Minnetonka Half is her favorite), plenty of 5K’s for fun, and even a couple paddle board races! She is married with two daughters, a step-daughter and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, traveling, biking, long walks/shuffles, home projects, boating (as much lake time as possible!), paddle boarding, and frequenting local restaurants.
