I was born and raised in MN and currently live in Plymouth, MN with my husband Jake and three kids Brooks, Reese & Walker. Growing up, I fell in love with dance, where I danced competitively in high school and eventually on the club team at the University of Minnesota. You will quickly realize that I still love to dance if you attend one of my classes…! I started CrossFit in 2014 after I graduated college, so I have over a decade of CrossFit experience. I am currently a stay-at-home mom, and I worked in Finance before staying home with my kids. As a family we love to be on or near the lake during the summer, we fish, travel, bike, hike and chase the kids around to hockey, basketball, dance, etc. The first CrossFit class I took, I was nervous, but after that first workout, I knew I was hooked! The social aspect, the workouts, the coach and environment were unlike any other gym I had worked out at before, and I loved everything about it! I always urge people to join us for a class at FitHaus, because we will meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey, and we can scale movements if needed, but you will not regret pushing yourself and meeting some awesome people along the way! I have always had a passion for fitness and pushing myself out of my comfort zone, and I love helping other people push themselves to reach goals that they are excited to achieve! The community at FitHaus is what makes it such an amazing gym- the workouts and coaches are a huge plus, but the people are what truly makes this gym feel like a home.
