COVID19 UPDATES MAY 2020

Due to the global pandemic, all our in person classes and personal training are on hold until further notice. We are, however, providing daily virtual workouts and programming to all our members.

We are following the guidance of Governor Walz regarding our reopening plan. Please stay tuned for further updates as we are allowed to return to the gym.

Latest Update as of 5/13:

Virtual 'Zoom' WODs to continue as normal through May (6am and 9:30am LIVE + replays in Vimeo, Tuesday SD w/ Amanda via Zoom at 10:30, and YIN yoga)

Outdoor WODs (for members) to begin 5/18 (more details to come)

Current target date for resuming some inside IN PERSON classes: June 1

1-on-1 Personal Training: targeting 6/1 start up (please EMAIL US if interested in this option to get more information)
